ACHARYA 11.0 – FDP on Entrepreneurship

About

As part of ACHARYA 11.0 – FDP on Entrepreneurship, faculty participants were sensitized on the 5R Faculty Innovation Framework – Recognition, Relationships, Revenue, Return and Reinvention. The session focused on helping faculty understand how they can gradually transform from traditional academic and research roles into innovators, startup mentors, ecosystem enablers and future entrepreneurship leaders. Participants were encouraged to explore opportunities for national-level recognition, build stronger networks with industry, mentors, incubators and investors, identify alternative professional income opportunities through innovation-related engagements, create long-term value from research, patents and startup participation, and ultimately reinvent themselves by actively engaging in student startups, commercialization and institution-level innovation initiatives. The session emphasized that this transformation is a continuous journey and that faculty can create greater impact by moving beyond classroom teaching towards innovation, entrepreneurship and ecosystem leadership.
