Acharya 10.0 (Faculty Development Program on Entrepreneurship)

The Acharya 10.0 Faculty Development Program, organized by AIC–SKU from 9th to 11th December 2025, brought together faculty from SRK Degree College, RGM College, SKU College of Engineering & Technology, Ideal College Kakinada, and MRUH Hyderabad for an intensive learning experience centered on innovation, entrepreneurship, incubation models, startup ecosystem exposure, policy frameworks, and SDG alignment. Day 1 featured an inaugural session led by Dr. P. Jyothi and Dr. Mouli, followed by an impactful session by Mr. Ganesh Iyer on entrepreneurship, global startup journeys, and a hands-on Design Thinking workshop addressing real student problems. Day 2 covered incubation ecosystem insights by Dr. Mouli, an inspiring founder interaction with Yashwanth of Hanwin Eco Woods, and an AIC–SKU incubation center tour showcasing startups like Enwinove Solutions and Amruthdhara Solutions, along with sessions on incubator design, operations, and financial models. Day 3 included policy-focused discussions by Prof. Nagabhushan Raju on NISP and IPR, IIC handholding by Dr. Jyothi on registration and activity management, and an SDG-aligned incubation session by Dr. Shiva Kiran, culminating in participant pitches on the Incubator Model Canvas. The program concluded with certificate distribution, vote of thanks, and institutional commitments, collectively empowering faculty to foster entrepreneurial thinking, establish effective incubation models, apply design thinking, implement innovation policies, and strengthen their institutions’ alignment with national innovation goals.
